2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 Tablespoon Steak Seasoning (we use the HEB Texas Originals brand)
1 teaspoon Pepper (we used cracked black, but regular is fine too)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Dried Minced Garlic

Make the Burgers!
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Shape into patties (makes 6 larger patties or 7 to 8 medium sized ones). Make an indention in the middle of the patties with your thumb - this allows the burgers to cook evenly all around so the outside is not done before the inside is. (Rachael Ray tip!)
Grill on low to medium heat approximately 20 minutes turning once. DO NOT squish the burgers with your spatula. This
presses all the juices out of the burger and dries it out! Enjoy!
